Kapalua Maui Charities donated a record $508,560 from this year's 2007 Mercedes-Benz Golf Championship held in January.

This year's major recipients include the Boy Scouts of America-Maui County Council, Friends of the Children's Justice Center, Hale Makua, the J. Walter Cameron Center, Ka Lima O Maui, the Lahainaluna High School Foundation, the Maui Memorial Medical Center Foundation, Maui Preparatory Academy, and The Art School at Kapalua.

Other recipients include Maui Junior Golf and The First Tee National School Program at Kula, and Princess Nahi'ena'ena Elementary School.
