TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"Ghost Whisperer," 8 p.m., and "Close to Home," 9 p.m., CBS. Both shows wrap up their seasons, while also concluding two-parters. In "Ghost Whisperer," Melinda has been getting clues from the Ghost Prophet (Vicki Wu). Now come hints that the dark side is growing stronger. In "Close to Home," the prosecutor's office continues to push its fight against police corruption. That leads to retaliation and a staffer is killed.

"Spider-Man" (2002), 8 and 10:30 p.m., TNT. While the third Spidey film dominates movie screens, we might settle back and savor the first one. This recognized that the story's strength is in the sweet naivete of Peter Parker, before his spider-power takes over. Tobey Maguire is perfectly cast. So is Kirsten Dunst; their upside-down kiss is a classic. And director Sam Raimi gave the film a high-octane, action-adventure feeling.

OF NOTE

"Grey's Anatomy," 8 p.m., ABC. If you missed this episode yesterday, catch it now because it sets up next week's season-finale. The interns are all taking their first-year exams, so the residents are busy treating three injured mountain climbers. Callie, a resident, grows increasingly jealous of the deep friendship her husband George has with a fellow intern, Izzie.

"Crocodile Dundee" (1986), 8 p.m., Bravo. It's a good night for fun movies. In this one, Paul Hogan used droll wit to co-write the film and star as a confident Outback chap, suddenly helping a Manhattanite (Linda Kozlowski) who is way out of her comfort zone.

"Bones," 9 p.m., Fox. A body has been found in an alley. The victim turns out to be an introverted teen who liked comic-books.

"Finding Nemo," 9:05 p.m., Disney Channel. When his son is captured, a meek clownfish goes on an epic journey to rescue him. Fortunately, this is animated. The Pixar company gives the undersea world a gorgeous look.

"Law & Order," 10 p.m., NBC. Two homeless men have been killed. Now police try to find a connection; they also notice that two of the people involved — a victim and a suspect — were soldiers in Iraq.

"Numb3rs," 10 p.m., CBS. This is low, even by thief standards: They have stolen medical supplies and money ($50 million) intended for Zambia.

"Soapdish" (1991), 10 p.m., TV Land. In its own goofy way, this soap-opera comedy is lots of fun. Sally Field plays the fading star, Kevin Kline is an aging actor in denial and Elisabeth Shue is a perky newcomer. Lots of good people are in support, including Teri Hatcher, Whoopi Goldberg and Kathy Najimy.
