Award-winning composer visits Honolulu Symphony

The works of American composer Roberto Sierra have prompted cheering audiences to jump to their feet in appreciation. One of the leading composers of his generation and the recipient of the Academy Award in Music, Sierra has created colorful and rhythmic music that has attracted audiences worldwide for more than a decade. Hear for yourself when the Honolulu Symphony performs excerpts from his new choral work, "Missa Latina," along with Beethoven's Symphony No. 9.
