West Oahu Realty Inc. has been appointed property manager for the Waipahu Festival Marketplace, Business Incubator and Job Training Center now set to open Oct. 17.

The Waipahu-based company will provide building and grounds maintenance, tenant relations and fiscal management for one year beginning Sept. 1.

The company is already doing vendor leasing.

The marketplace is a project of the Waipahu Community Association to help revitalize the core of the former plantation town.

More than 30 vendors will sell fresh seafood, produce, baked goods and crafts.
