Weekly thoughts

By Rev. Paul Osumi

A husband and wife were having trouble. Each blamed the other for the strained relationship and their marital failure. Neither was willing or sufficiently honest to say, "The neglect is mine ... I am at fault." Such trouble cannot be resolved until both sides are willing to admit their guilt. The three magical words that can heal all broken human relationships are "I am sorry."

Thoughts by the late Rev. Paul Osumi are selected weekly by his family.
