Book sale will benefit library

The Friends of the Hawai'i Kai Public Library will hold a book sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the library's downstairs meeting room.

Proceeds from the sale support the Friends library programs, purchasing of library materials, library equipment and supplies.

Books, CDs and videos will be on sale at the library, which is at 249 Lunalilo Home Road. Purchasers are urged to come early for the best selection.

The Friends of the Hawai'i Kai Public Library is a nonprofit group of volunteers that helps support the library.
