The Bikefactory North Shore Triathlon is scheduled for May 27 at Mokule'ia Beach Park and Waialua on O'ahu.

Early entry fee — postmarked by May 12 — is $75 for individuals and $110 for teams. Forms are available at Bikefactory, Boca Hawaii or at www.active.com.

The event, which starts at 6 a.m., includes a 400-meter swim, 10-mile bike and 3-mile run.

Portions of the proceeds will benefit the Manu O Ke Kai Canoe Club and Paumalu Water Polo Team.

The second annual Pacific Islands Athletic Alliance Football Coaches Clinic is scheduled for May 19 at Honolulu International Airport Interisland Terminal.

The clinic will feature coaches from the University of Hawai'i, Washington, Oregon State, UCLA, Boise State, New Mexico State, San Diego State, Idaho, Colorado and others.
