TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE
"Olympic Ice," 3 p.m., USA Network; then "Winter Olympics," 4-5 p.m., 6-10 p.m., midnight-early morning, NBC. Four years ago, Americans took a fresh interest in pairs skating. The Canadian duo (Jamie Sale and David Pelletier) skated brilliantly, yet finished second to the Russians. A judging scandal emerged. Now the pairs finals are shown (on tape-delay) during prime time.
"The Bachelor: Paris," 8 p.m., ABC. Sarah S., 26, is a kindergarten teacher who happens to live in the same town as doctor Travis Stork, 33 — Nashville, Tenn. Coincidentally, they live a mile apart. Tonight, he takes her to Paris, and the other two contestants, Moana to Venice, and Susan to the French Alps.
OF LOCAL NOTE
"The 130th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show," 8 p.m., USA. Why "of local note?" Because there are nine dogs from Hawai'i competing and one of 'em is a Rhodesian ridgeback from Honolulu! Oooh, can you feel the excitement, too?

"Courting Alex," 8:30 p.m., CBS. Alex's new romance diverts attention from her neighbor.
