TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE
"Work Out," 5 and 6 p.m., Bravo. At work, Jackie Warner seems to be on top of the world. She has a taut body and a sleek business, Sky Sport and Spa. Her clients are rich and/or famous; tonight, they include singer Jody Watley and actor Alex Quinn. Her personal life, however, remains in flux. Warner is from small-town Ohio; she says her mom is a conservative Christian who is supportive but disapproves of her lesbian romances. To complicate things, her romantic partner, Mimi, is full of distrust and anger. Tonight's first hour of this documentary, a re-run, has Warner taking her employees on a retreat. Trouble flares between the cheery new guy and the angry Brian. Mimi isn't invited and isn't happy. Then comes a new hour: Mom is coming for a visit.
OF NOTE
"The Secret Lives of Women," 4 p.m., WE. Here is a dark and disturbing hour, with three women who secretly cut themselves. There's a minister's wife, 30; a single woman, 25; and a college student, 19. Their stories are painful to tell and watch.
