Kolten Wong rushed for 242 yards and two touchdowns to lead Kamehameha-Hawai'i to a 27-6 victory over visiting Hawai'i Prep on Friday to remain unbeaten in Big Island Interscholastic Federation football.
Kamehameha is 8-0 overall and leads the BIIF's Division II with a 6-0 record. Hawai'i Prep is 2-4 and 1-4.
Wong had 29 carries and touchdown runs of 4 and 9 yards. Kamehameha quarterback Mana Silva passed for 167 yards and a touchdown, and ran for a 28-yard score.
Ikaika Mahoe led the Warriors defense with 15 tackles, including a sack and a forced fumble.

Konawaena 39, Kohala 0: Cody Silsley had 158 yards in receiving and scored three touchdowns as the host Wildcats routed the Cowboys in a BIIF game. Sophomore quarterback Kawai Kanuha passed for 283 yards in his first start, including a 70-yard scoring strike to Noah Alani in the third quarter. Silsley broke the Konawaena career receptions record with his 142nd catch. Konawaena is 5-3 overall and 4-2 in the BIIF Division II. Kohala is 2-4 overall and in the BIIF.
